Conveniently located Business Hotel, a 5-minute walk from the station
This is my regular accommodation. The parking, location, and familiarity make it a place where I can fully relax every time I stay. The complimentary toast breakfast is satisfying for me because it feels almost the same as being at home. It’s the perfect hotel for me, and I highly recommend it to everyone!
Yahoo!トラベルユー... 8/31/2025This was my first time using this accommodation for a live event at the Iwaki Performing Arts Center Alios. I booked it because it was inexpensive and only needed a place to stay, so I didn't have high expectations. The parking lot cannot be reserved, but there is an open-air parking lot available for an additional fee. There are also coin-operated parking lots nearby, but make sure to check the usage times carefully as they might not always be cheaper. The room I stayed in wasn't very spacious, but it was perfectly fine just for sleeping. Wi-Fi was available and convenient to use. What stood out most was the free breakfast service: toast, boiled eggs, bananas, and delicious coffee! It had been a while since I enjoyed such a healthy breakfast. I will definitely use this accommodation again when visiting Alios in the future!

However, we will promptly respond to any requests for shortened business hours or temporary closure due to measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19, depending on future circumstances.
To continue our efforts in preventing the spread of COVID-19, we have placed disinfectant supplies throughout the Property (entrance, front desk, restaurant, etc.) and are working to enhance hygiene within the Property.
Additionally, the front desk is separated by vinyl curtains, and the automatic doors at the entrance are kept open for ventilation.
Nearby restaurants are gradually resuming operations following the lifting of restrictions.
