Enjoy our 100% natural Onsen available 24 hours a day. The water is transported underground from the Onsen management facility, so the temperature may drop during winter. To maintain high water quality, it is filtered and heated as needed. While we cannot label it as "Gensen Kakenagashi" (free-flowing hot spring), it is essentially sourced directly from the spring without any dilution or cooling with added water.
