About Hygiene Measures
---Measures Against COVID-19--- Our facility primarily follows a "Room Check-In and Check-Out" style. With "private open-air hot spring baths in the room" and "in-room dining," guests generally do not need to leave their rooms unless going out. However, we ensure thorough alcohol disinfection multiple times a day, focusing on areas frequently touched by guests throughout the facility. We kindly ask for your cooperation with hand sanitization upon check-in. As of March 13, 2023, wearing masks outside your room is left to your discretion. For guests using our Shuttle Service upon arrival or departure, we are currently operating on a "one group at a time" basis. Please note that there may be slight waiting times (approximately 10 minutes per round trip to the station). We appreciate your understanding. Our staff will continue to wear masks while assisting you. Thank you for your kind understanding and cooperation.
