【YMCA Higashiyama-so Initiatives】 At YMCA Higashiyama-so, we are implementing the following measures to protect the health and safety of our guests in response to the spread of COVID-19. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. - Staff wear masks to prevent infection; however, there may be cases where masks are not worn depending on work content. - Temperature checks are conducted before shifts, and staff with fever or poor health stay at home. - Alcohol disinfection and thorough handwashing are practiced. - To avoid congestion, please visit or depart according to your reserved time. - Guests with symptoms such as cough or fever are asked not to visit. (Health confirmation is required upon departure.) - Guests may be asked to wear masks during their stay if necessary. - Transparent vinyl sheets have been installed at front desk counters for droplet prevention. - Keys, equipment provided to guests, and frequently touched areas are regularly disinfected. - Alcohol disinfectant is available at the front desk. - Only one representative is requested for check-in procedures. Other guests can wait in non-crowded areas like meeting rooms until their room is ready. - Please provide names, addresses, and phone numbers of all staying guests by check-in time. - If you experience fever or feel unwell during your stay, please inform the front desk immediately. - We recommend room assignments that avoid crowding within accommodations. - During cleaning, frequently touched items such as doorknobs, switches, and remote controls are disinfected. - In Buildings 5 & 6: Cups are not provided for hygiene reasons. Please bring your own if needed. (Paper cups will be provided in twin rooms.) - For infection prevention purposes: Please use two sheets and a pillow cover without fail. - To avoid crowding in washing areas or changing rooms: Group usage numbers will be discussed beforehand with group representatives when necessary. After using bathrooms: Dry off thoroughly before stepping onto mats; extra mats can also be swapped out independently by users themselves whenever deemed appropriate!
