Cuisine

If you're visiting Takeno, we want you to fully enjoy the delicious flavors of Tajima! With this in mind, we prioritize local production for local consumption, and our head chef personally visits fishing ports and local farms to carefully select the finest ingredients. Fresh seafood sourced from evening auctions. Locally grown rice nurtured with clean air, pure water, and plenty of love. Premium brand ingredients such as "Tajima Beef," "Shibayama Crab," and "Yoka Pork." Not only do we focus on the quality of the ingredients, but we also conduct numerous tastings with culinary professionals to create a creative kaiseki cuisine that we proudly present, both in taste and appearance.
