  • I used the Hotel three times for entrance exams with my child alone. The first and third times, I booked a smoking room as non-smoking rooms were fully booked. Since we have smokers in our household, we were somewhat accustomed to it, and the smell of cigarettes was not bothersome. There was an issue with no hot water in the bathroom, but thanks to the prompt response from the front desk staff, it was resolved smoothly. The staff were polite, and it was a Hotel where I felt comfortable leaving my child alone safely.
