Kakureyu no Sato Shingenkan

I stayed in the "Yume no Jin" Room. The room's bath was a natural hot spring, and it was amazing. Dinner was served in the room, and the female staff member who attended to us showed exceptional care. She replenished water in the room, placed the rice container within perfect reach while seated, and provided excellent service for our toddler as well. Every dish had a professional handmade touch and was delicious. It was also great that the dining area and bedroom were separate even with in-room dining. The Facility's courtyard had elegant koi fish swimming gracefully, which kept our child entertained with feeding them. When seasons change, it seems like we could enjoy playing by the adjacent mountain stream too—definitely planning to visit again!

We stayed for one night, booking two rooms for two families to celebrate a friend’s birthday. The meals and the Onsen were excellent, and the children had a great time as well. My friend even said this Accommodation ranks among the best Hotels they have ever stayed at, which made us very happy.Just when we thought it had ended as a wonderful memory, something slightly unpleasant happened after checkout.My friend had left a birthday gift (a boxed glass) in the room and went back to retrieve it. A member of the cleaning staff was there, and when asked if they had seen it, they replied that they hadn’t seen anything like that. However, when my friends searched themselves, they found it pushed deep inside the trash bin.I understand it was our fault for forgetting it, but since we came back specifically to retrieve it, even without expecting anyone to help us search, I felt it was not appropriate for it to have been thrown away—and then to be told so casually that nothing like that had been seen when asked.We truly appreciated everything during our stay, but it was disappointing right at the very end.
