This Hotel offers clean and comfortable guest Rooms. There are three types of Rooms available: single, double, and twin. All Rooms are equipped with a bath, shower toilet, TV, and air conditioning. The guest Rooms on the 3rd and 4th floors are all non-smoking and have internet access. Each Room features a 32-inch LCD TV and free internet connection. The buffet-style breakfast offers a wide variety of menu options, including seasonal local dishes from Yamagata Prefecture.
Stayed here for the first time in 6 years. I was so satisfied that I would like to stay here every time I visit Yamagata. This time, I included dinner and a breakfast buffet. For dinner, you can choose between A and B. At the breakfast buffet, I carefully arranged my plate considering the space available. It wasn’t crowded, so I could enjoy a relaxing breakfast. I didn’t use the bathtub in the room but used the large public bath at night and in the morning. The sauna is set at 90°C, and the cold bath is around 15°C; however, the indoor bath was very hot—around 45°C—and it was hard to stay in for long periods of time. It would be nice if they could lower its temperature slightly. The door of the large public bath remains unchanged from six years ago and makes a loud noise unless handled carefully. The height of the cold bath also caught my attention—it’s about waist-high—and having a small step stool would have been helpful. After leaving the sauna, it would be great to have amenities like a water dispenser or even benches for relaxation.You need to insert ¥100 into lockers; although you get it back after use, nearby vending machines sell drinks starting from ¥130 instead of ¥100—making them just out of reach.The room was compact but had a spacious bed with an air conditioner fixed at 20°C—it wasn’t too hot or too cold and felt comfortable overall.However, items placed inside the refrigerator froze due to excessive cooling since there’s no way to adjust its temperature setting—it might help if this were slightly reduced.Although I sometimes wake up due to cold during nights elsewhere here everything stayed cozy allowing uninterrupted sleep until morning! Soundproofing worked well enough preventing hallway music (BGM) sounds entering indoors ensuring peaceful quietness throughout stay!If given another opportunity—I’d love returning again someday!

The TV that can be watched while lying on the bed was so comfortable that I fell asleep! The front desk staff provided polite service, and I had a pleasant experience throughout my stay.
