The front desk staff and breakfast staff provided excellent service, making my stay very pleasant. (Although I made a mistake with the Reservation, I appreciate their assistance.) The public bath is small, but other services more than make up for it. You can take your breakfast to your Room in a takeaway container, amenities are well-stocked, and there are pillows and room wear available. The TV allows access to YouTube and Netflix as well. (No need to bring an Amazon Prime stick.) I was overwhelmed by the exceptional hospitality and responsiveness of the staff. Thank you very much!

At Matsumoto-Oshiroguchi, there were separate times for men and women to use certain facilities, but it would be great if they could always be accessible. I arrived early and was able to leave my luggage, which was handled very kindly despite being heavy—thank you for that. However, since my room was on the 2nd floor, the elevator often stayed on higher floors like the 10th, which was quite inconvenient. Someone I shared the elevator with mentioned, "You always have to wait for elevators at Super Hotel." Still, it’s a convenient place to stay overall. Thank you for your hospitality!
