At Super Hotel, we prioritize the health of our guests and have strengthened our hygiene measures to ensure a safe and comfortable stay.
We are also implementing hospitality practices that consider social distancing.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
【Enhanced Hygiene Measures】
1. We will verify guest identity and conduct temperature checks at check-in.
2. Hand sanitizers are placed at the front desk and lounge entrances, and we encourage guests to use them.
3. Frequently touched areas in public spaces and guest rooms are disinfected with sanitizing solutions.
(e.g., front desk counters, self-check-in machines, elevator buttons, door handles, switches, tables, remote controls, slippers, etc.)
4. Regular space disinfection is conducted in the front desk, lobby, and lounge areas.
Protective screens are installed at the front desk to prevent droplet transmission. (Excludes some locations.)
5. Some Properties and newly opening Properties have introduced "photocatalytic air purifiers" that provide deodorizing and disinfecting effects.
【Front Desk and Staff】
1. Employees undergo temperature checks before work, practice thorough handwashing, use alcohol-based sanitizers, and wear masks.
2. We maintain a social distance of over 2 meters and provide heartfelt hospitality with eye smiles.
3. Thanks to our passcode system, guests can enjoy a smooth departure with no key and no need to check out at the front desk.
【Breakfast】
1. To ensure hygiene, we have changed our breakfast service to individual servings, staff-assisted portions, or providing guest-specific tongs.

2. Seating arrangements have been adjusted to maintain distance between guests.
【Large Public Bath】
1. For hygiene reasons, the use of artificial carbonated springs has been suspended at the following locations:

Please check the congestion status of the large public bath via the in-room VOD system (available at some locations).
