■ To Our Guests - We kindly request your cooperation in wearing a mask, sanitizing your hands, and undergoing a temperature check with a non-contact thermometer upon entry. - If a temperature of 37.5°C or higher is detected with the non-contact thermometer, we will ask for a recheck using an underarm thermometer. Please note that if the recheck also detects a temperature of 37.5°C or higher, we may deny entry to the Hotel. - If you experience symptoms such as fever, sore throat, or fatigue, please inform our staff immediately. - To prevent droplet infection, acrylic panels have been installed at the front desk. - For check-in and check-out procedures, we ask only one representative to proceed while maintaining distance from others in line. - Verbal explanations about facilities during check-in have been replaced with leaflets and videos for guidance purposes. - Please wear masks when moving around inside the Hotel and at dining venues; if you do not have one, please contact the front desk for assistance. - Hand sanitizers are available throughout the Hotel (e.g., entrance lobby, front desk area, restrooms for men and women on each floor near elevators/dining areas/public bath entrances). - For ventilation purposes within our premises' common spaces like doors/windows might remain open periodically; guests are encouraged similarly ventilate their guest rooms regularly during stays. ■ Staff Measures - Daily health checks including body-temperature monitoring alongside frequent handwashing/gargling/sanitization routines amongst team members occur diligently. - Masks worn consistently by all employees ensure both guest/staff safety alike!
