This was our first stay, and we visited with three dogs and four family members.The staff were courteous and left a great impression!Near the entrance and by the dog run, there were poop bags, towels for wiping paws, and other essentials. The indoor dog run on the second floor had dog diapers/belly bands available, and each floor was stocked with pee pads—so it was so well equipped that we hardly needed to bring anything for our dogs.The food was delicious, and the pudding at the breakfast buffet was especially outstanding.There were both indoor baths and an open-air bath; the temperature was just right, and areas like the changing room were kept very clean.We’d love to stay again.

Everyone greeted our dog with a smile, so we felt at ease throughout our stay. The food was delicious, and except for the bath area we could be together at all times. There were also plenty of spaces to play, so we had a wonderful time. Thank you very much.

Dogs are welcome in all Rooms. We also provide amenities to help your dog stay comfortable. You can spend time with your dog anywhere in the property, including the lobby and shop. *Please refrain from bringing dogs into the large public bath.*
Three Highlights: Dog Run
Three new dog runs are now open—free to use. After check-in, head first to the courtyard dog run closest to the front desk! In addition to an open-air outdoor dog run, we also offer an indoor dog run where your dog can run freely even on rainy days. Three Highlights: Restaurant Included
You can dine with your dog in the restaurant. Dinner features our chef’s signature kaiseki cuisine made with ingredients from Tochigi, and breakfast is served buffet-style. You are welcome to bring your dog’s food. *Paid meals for dogs can also be arranged.*
