It was very convenient that the rooms and corridors required slippers, so we could go back and forth between the two rooms without having to change into shoes each time. Traveling between the main building and the building where the room was located required going outside once, which I found a bit troublesome, but since it was only for going to the Onsen and meals, it wasn't too much of a hassle. The bath was a bit lukewarm. I think it would have been nice to have one hot bath.

The "Hydrangea Road," located 1 km east of Haruno-no-Yu, is part of the "Hydrangea Town Development" initiative, where residents and the town joined forces to transform the network of irrigation channels in Haruno into culturally enriched waterways. Today, it is widely loved as the town's iconic spot, "Hydrangea Road." In June, the contrast with the surrounding countryside is stunning, with approximately 10,000 hydrangeas blooming along the road and 20,000 throughout the town, showcasing a vibrant array of colors. Additionally, the "Hydrangea Festival" is held every June.
The Kochi Prefectural Haruno Comprehensive Sports Park is located about a 1-minute drive or a 5-minute walk from Haruno no Yu.
