At the highlands of Shinshu Tateshina, you can enjoy the sea of clouds, a star-filled sky, and the magnificent scenery of the Central Alps. Dinner is served as a kaiseki course featuring mountain and sea delicacies grilled over an irori. On clear nights, you can stargaze from the onsen. The Japanese-modern Western-style rooms, renovated in 2016, offer views of Yokoya Gorge to the left and the Central Alps to the right, allowing you to feel immersed in nature.
We visited for the irori course with friends for the second year in a row. This is the best Hotel for us in every way. This year we went to Kurumayama Kogen Ski Resort, and it was a great help that discounted lift tickets were also available at the front desk!
Yahoo!トラベルユー... 2/22/2026We stayed for a 3-night Multiple Night Stay in mid-February for a ski trip.The building itself had a traditional, old-fashioned feel, but the Room was very clean and spacious. The meals were different each day for all three days, and we were completely satisfied with both the quality and quantity every day. The apple tempura was especially popular with our children—they said they wanted to eat it every day. The staff were also very kind and often checked in on us.Perhaps because there weren’t many other guests, we were able to enjoy the spacious Onsen as if it were private every day!It was also a wonderful memory to see a group of wild deer during breakfast.Thanks to this Accommodation, we had a truly great ski trip.Thank you very much.
