Using chemical seasonings can shorten cooking time and create a flavor that tastes as if broth has been carefully prepared, no matter who cooks. Often praised as "magic powder," it is widely used in many Chinese restaurants, including popular ones. But something feels off! That's why I decided not to use any chemical seasonings in the dishes I prepare with my own hands. This is my "culinary philosophy"! True love for cooking lies in dedicating time and effort to it. My journey has been 30 years of trial and error, focusing on how to bring out the best umami without relying on chemical seasonings, by carefully preparing broth. It is also food that I can confidently serve to my beloved family.

For lower elementary school children (1 night with 2 meals), 70% of the adult rate applies, and smaller portions will be served.
In the Standard Plan, children will not receive spiny lobster.
If you wish to include spiny lobster for children, please book under the upper elementary school category at the same rate as adults.
For infants (1 night with 2 meals), 50% of the adult rate applies, and this is for preschool-aged children.
For infants without a bed or meals, this applies to babies under 2 years old who do not require plates, spoons, or other utensils. |
