| About Hygiene Measures | [Measures to Prevent the Spread of Infection]
1. At check-in, we implement infection prevention measures such as avoiding direct face-to-face contact, and conduct temperature checks and identity verification for all travelers.
2. We perform temperature checks and health assessments for travelers, and in cases of fever or cold symptoms, we consult with the public health center, even on weekends, to take appropriate actions.
3. For the use of shared Facilities such as baths and dining areas, we enforce measures such as limiting the number of users and setting time restrictions to prevent overcrowding.
4. In buffet-style dining, we ensure individual meal servings, staff-assisted portions, or provide individual tongs and chopsticks to avoid sharing. We also maintain adequate spacing between seats to prevent overcrowding during meals.
5. We thoroughly disinfect and ventilate shared spaces such as Rooms and elevators.
6. We publicly announce the implementation of "participation conditions" through our website or notices at the front desk.
7. At the time of Reservation, purchase of travel products, or check-in at the Property, we inform travelers of the rules they must follow, and emphasize that group travel for young people, group travel for elderly individuals at higher risk of severe illness, and trips involving large banquets should be avoided.
In light of recent social circumstances, we aim to minimize contact with others. We have introduced a prepayment-based "One Building Exclusive Use" Safe Plan, limited to one Room per day.
We have implemented self-check-in and check-out procedures, allowing guests to handle these processes independently through prepayment, reducing face-to-face interactions.
Our primary initiatives as a Property prioritizing the health and hygiene of our guests:
1. Placement of alcohol-based sanitizers in Rooms.
2. Lending thermometers for daily health monitoring (upon request).
3. Ensuring that guests report to the Property in case of fever or any health abnormalities. Nearby medical institutions are available for assistance.
4. Thorough disinfection during cleaning to maintain Facility hygiene and strict health management for employees.
Focusing on health and safety, we have researched and referenced safe travel practices to ensure the safety of travelers and travel industry professionals. To reduce all infection risks, we enforce the following measures:
1. "Avoiding overcrowding with One Building Exclusive Use and self-check-in/check-out."
2. "Effective hygiene measures against virus infections, such as disinfection, ventilation, and placement of alcohol-based sanitizers."
3. "Thorough health checks and hygiene management for employees."
