■ All staff at our Property wear masks, undergo daily health checks including temperature measurements, and strictly adhere to handwashing and alcohol disinfection protocols.
■ During check-in, we conduct non-contact temperature checks, health condition surveys, and confirm overseas travel history for all guests.
Guests with a fever of 37.5°C or higher, or those feeling unwell, may be asked to refrain from entering the Property.
