Thanks to the courteous service and the staff’s warm hospitality and flexible support, we had a memorable stay. The Onsen was also wonderful, and the atmospheric open-air bath was especially relaxing. If we have a chance to visit the area again, we would love to stay here again.
I stayed here on a solo trip. The Facility has a charming, historic atmosphere, and koi greeted me pleasantly at the entrance. I have food allergies, and they kindly accommodated my needs, which was a great help. The Onsen also includes a cold spring, and the high-quality water was truly soothing. They even helped carry my luggage, and their warm hospitality made for a very comfortable trip. Thank you very much—I would love to stay again!
