River fish grilled over an irori hearth, a luxurious Matsutake feast.

Meals primarily feature robatayaki, where Southern Shinshu specialties like Amago fish caught from clear streams and Gohē-mochi are grilled over charcoal. You can also enjoy Nagano's delicacies such as seiro-mushi with Shinshu beef and local vegetables, or wild boar hot pot. In autumn, we serve kaiseki cuisine with premium Matsutake mushrooms.

Relax with the seasonal scenery at the garden open-air bath.

The natural Onsen's open-air bath is set within a meticulously maintained garden. Surrounded by lush greenery, you can enjoy the Onsen in an open and relaxing atmosphere. In autumn, the foliage turns red, and in winter, it is adorned with snow, offering a different charm from the green season.
