    The front desk service was excellent, always welcoming with a smile and very approachable. The Room was odorless, but the elevator had a wonderful fragrance. The okonomiyaki around the Hotel was delicious, and I could feel the spirit of Osaka in the people. During this trip to Osaka, I didn’t encounter anyone with poor manners—it truly felt like a wonderful prefecture. Thank you very much!

  • Convenient, clean, beautiful, and the staff are kind and helpful. Very satisfied.

    I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay for sightseeing in Osaka. Although breakfast was included, there was a convenience store next door, so I might not have needed to order breakfast. Other than that, the Room design, bed, and linens were all clean and new, making it very comfortable. The Room I used was a barrier-free Room, which made it very convenient to use. When I requested an extra pillow, they kindly provided it promptly, which further enhanced my impression of the service. The free drinks available throughout the stay were also a great point. I traveled by car and found a nearby coin parking lot for only 500 yen per 24 hours—very affordable and convenient. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Osaka!
