A property boasting an open-air bath overlooking the Pacific Ocean. All rooms offer ocean views, and opening the windows reveals a vibrant sea and sky. The hot spring water is a sodium-magnesium chloride spring, effective for neuralgia, joint pain, chronic skin diseases, chronic gynecological conditions, cold sensitivity, and fatigue recovery. Dinner is served in a Shokado bento style, allowing you to enjoy a plan selected by the chef. Breakfast is served in a set meal style.

  • I stayed here on a business trip. Since I made my Reservation early, I was able to stay in a twin Room at the single rate even though I was traveling alone, and it was very comfortable. There are cats everywhere, which was soothing for a cat lover like me.And they’re very friendly. The little notes are hilarious—“Please let cats ride the elevator by themselves” really made me laugh. There is also an Onsen, and the free breakfast was very delicious.

  • As soon as we arrived at the parking lot, the cats came out to welcome us. Since cats often stroll along the nearby roads, we recommend driving very slowly. The moment you step into the lobby, it truly feels like a “cats, cats, cats” world. If you’re a cat owner, you’ll recognize that distinctive scent. If you’re prone to motion sickness, it may be more comfortable to take a moment to settle down before entering. The lounge is a cat-only space. It’s filled with toys, cushions, sofas—even princess-like beds—making it an irresistible place for cat lovers. Many of the cats seemed used to people, and most gave the impression that they were happy to be petted. After receiving our Room key and heading up to the 3rd floor, I realized the lobby was actually on the 5th floor. When I went back down, there were even more cats there too—some showing their bellies and others rubbing against my legs—so it was hard to move on.The guest Room was very spacious and comfortable. Unless you let them in yourself, no cats will enter your Room. The interior was clean, and there was none of the scent we noticed in the lobby or hallways. That said, this trip was all about spending time with cats—so after dropping off our luggage, we quickly headed back out into the hallway. For dinner we enjoyed local specialties at an izakaya a short distance away. After that we went to the large public bath. It was just the right size—not too big or too small—and the sauna was 90°C (194°F). Listening to waves from the Sea of Japan while soaking in the open-air bath was incredibly relaxing—a truly luxurious moment. After bathing, we spent more time with the cats until bedtime and enjoyed a soothing evening.Breakfast came as a plate with plenty of side dishes prepared; rice miso soup natto seaweed and bread are available freely. Everything tasted great especially miso soup which was outstanding. On day two we requested Room cleaning then visited Cape Muroto and an abandoned-school aquarium The aquarium has a handmade feel but is well worth seeing—and highly recommendedIn late afternoon I had planned another open-air bath while watching sunset over Sea of Japan but unfortunately it rained The coin laundry let us wash and dry two days’ worth which really helpedAfter staying two nights you start finding your “favorite” cat In between loads I went looking for one It felt like each cat has its own favorite spot I’m not sure how many there are but it felt like I met around 20One even sat on my lap for dozens of minutes letting me pet them Many looked healthy with glossy coatsIt was an unforgettable happy stay for any cat lover Thank you very much
