Important Notice Regarding Cleaning for Multiple Night Stays
From November 1, 2025, daily cleaning will be changed to cleaning every three days.

At our Hotel, we aim to contribute to reducing the environmental burden by operating with consideration for the environment and optimizing cleaning frequency in line with SDGs principles. Therefore, room cleaning will be adjusted as follows:
- During your stay, cleaning will be conducted once every three days.
*Even if no request is made, rooms will be cleaned once every three days for hygiene purposes.
*For additional cleaning on non-scheduled days, a fee of 1,100 yen per session applies. Please inform the front desk by 10:00 AM.
- Amenities such as toothbrushes and collection of trash not placed in bins will not be provided or performed.
- On non-cleaning days, fresh towels will be prepared at your door.
*If you wish to have used towels or trash collected on non-cleaning days, please place them outside your door by 10:00 AM.
- Please note that staff may enter rooms for maintenance or emergencies even on non-cleaning days.
