TAOYA Nikko Kirifuri

I stayed at the Hotel that has been frequently featured on TV lately. It was very appealing that welcome drinks, cakes, and more were available starting one hour before check-in. I was especially happy to find draft beer and even Mont Blanc cake.What impressed me most was the view from the open-air bath. The water temperature was just right, and combined with the cool outside air, it made for a wonderfully relaxing soak. I soaked for about 20 minutes from 5:00 a.m., looking forward to sunrise, but unfortunately it was hidden behind clouds, so I couldn’t catch the decisive moment—just a little disappointing. More than ten other guests were waiting as well; it seems everyone had the same idea.The meals offered a wide variety, but what stood out most were the steak and Häagen-Dazs ice cream.Another highlight was the walking course around the Hotel. I took an early-morning walk, and the path along a small stream with mossy trails felt refreshing and was a great change of pace. The gentle ups and downs and just-right distance made it excellent.It’s an Accommodation that makes me want to visit again in another season.

The reviews on YouTube and from my daughter, who stayed here before, were excellent. This time, I stayed with my wife and another daughter. The open-air bath was a bit cold, but the view and the quality of the hot spring were great. I also think the Facility was the best among all the Hotels I've stayed at so far. The meals were very delicious, and above all, I was extremely satisfied to enjoy as much of my favorite Häagen-Dazs strawberry ice cream as I wanted! I would definitely love to stay here again. Thank you very much!
