Winter Delicacies of Echizen - Echizen Crab Cuisine
The head chef, who knows the "seasonal flavors" of Fukui inside out, proudly presents the finest seafood and mountain delicacies. Additionally, to offer a warm welcome to guests staying at Awara Onsen, the Awara Onsen Okami Association has collaborated with local sake breweries and farmers to create an original sake called "Okami." This year, a dry version has also been completed. Please enjoy both the fruity and dry flavors. (Please note that it is available for an additional charge and in limited quantities.) Spend a "blissful" moment in Fukui Prefecture's Awara Onsen, where "happiness" meets "deliciousness."

Gentle hot spring water flowing from a private source on the premises.
Enjoy the renowned hot springs of the Ashihara area in our large public bath or open-air bath overlooking a Japanese garden. The open-air bath features free-flowing hot spring water, with an abundant supply of approximately 58 liters per minute, a proud highlight of our inn.
