An auberge is a restaurant equipped with a Property. Located about a 10-minute drive from Takayama Station, it is slightly away from the city center and surrounded by a grove of trees. During your stay, feel free to relax and unwind in the open lounge or terrace on the first floor, enjoying tea or spending quality time with your companions or friends. In winter, you can enjoy reading or working while being enveloped by the warmth of a wood-burning stove, spending your time as you please. For Rooms, you can choose between a twin-bedded Room and a double-bedded Room. Please note that there are no televisions in the Rooms. The surrounding area is enveloped by a quiet forest and fresh air. After eating and drinking, rest comfortably in a bed with soft, light pajamas, a down comforter, and a headboard made of Japanese cypress, known for its sleep-enhancing properties. The entire Property is non-smoking, and there are two private cypress baths available for your use. Dinner at Auberge Hida no Mori features an Italian course meal, paired with beverages that complement each dish. We offer a wide variety of natural beverages, adjusting the quantity as needed and serving them with each dish. For breakfast, enjoy homemade granola, bread, egg dishes, juice, and coffee or tea.
