It was a twin room and my first time staying here.I checked the reviews just before my stay and noticed some negative comments, so I was a bit worried, but there were no issues at all. It seems to be a renovated motel along Koshu Kaido, with separate bath, toilet, and sink areas. The room also had a microwave and refrigerator, was clean, and spacious enough.I stayed for two nights. There was no cleaning service on the second day; however, towels and other amenities were placed in a basket outside the door for convenience. The front desk is unattended from 9 PM to 10 AM. On the first night, I wasn’t sure how to dispose of trash due to this system, so I rated customer service three stars. Although I didn’t use it myself, phone support is available when the front desk is unstaffed.The air conditioning worked fine but took some time to warm up the room on the first night—likely because it hadn’t been used recently and the room was quite cold initially. However, heating worked quickly on the second night for a comfortable stay. Due to this experience on the first night, I rated facilities four stars.Considering how well-equipped it is at such an affordable price point—though slightly generous—I gave overall satisfaction five stars!
