The area offers plenty of shopping and dining spots, making it an ideal base for visiting schools in the Tama area, Tama Zoological Park, Sanrio Puroland, Mount Takao, or Okutama. All rooms are equipped with beds by Simmons Bedding Company (USA). Guests can choose their preferred pillow type from various options with different firmness levels (available for loan). In 2024, all rooms will be renovated with wood-tone bathrooms offering a calm and relaxing atmosphere. All Plans include complimentary breakfast service featuring light meals such as rice balls and bread that can be enjoyed in your Room at your leisure. Ladies' Rooms are available with enhanced amenities to ensure a comfortable stay for female guests.

  • The staff were very friendly and helpful.

    The Hotel entrance is a little hard to find, but it’s close to the station and there are plenty of shops nearby. The Room and the unit bath were spacious, so I had a comfortable stay. The complimentary breakfast was also more than sufficient considering it was free.I stayed a total of 4 nights, and every front desk staff member was extremely helpful. On the first day, in bad weather, I arrived much earlier than check-in with my child and lots of luggage, planning to just leave our bags—but they told me the Room was already ready and let us check in early, which I truly appreciated. If I have another chance to stay in Tachikawa, I will definitely choose this Hotel again. Thank you very much.

  • I will stay here again!!

    I used this for the first time for a live event at Tachikawa Garden. The women-only room being on the same floor as the front desk was reassuring, and the room was spacious with a sink in addition to the unit bath, which was very convenient for getting ready before the live event. The selection of shampoos and rental items like hair irons were excellent, making it easier to travel light next time. The complimentary breakfast was just right, and being close to the station with many nearby shops was also great. Honestly, I almost don't want to share this place (lol). I will make a reservation early if there's another live event in Tachikawa!
