I booked a single Room in the West Wing, and I was very happy that you arranged a Mt. Fuji–side Room for me.Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t great, so I couldn’t see Mt. Fuji, which was disappointing.I’d love to try again next time.I didn’t notice any odor like what was mentioned in the Reviews. The Room was very spacious, well cleaned, and comfortable.The large public bath was a good size, and the open-air bath felt wonderful. Having these facilities at a Business Hotel is a big plus.Everyone on staff, starting with the front desk team, was very pleasant.I’d definitely like to stay again when I travel!
Yahoo!トラベルユー... 3/21/2026I stayed for two nights. There were plenty of relaxing amenities, including a welcome drink, a large public bath, and a view of Mt. Fuji from the Room. Although it was the season with many international tourists, the lobby area never felt noisy, so it was completely stress-free. Due to cultural differences, there were very few Japanese guests in the large public bath, so I could really enjoy it.Check-in is only available at the main building and it is a bit far away, but you can enter and exit via the West Building. If you are staying in the West Building, I recommend using the parking lot near the West Building.

The special "Deluxe Twin Room K Type" is located on the 2nd to 4th floors of the main building, and it is a corner Room on the Mt. Fuji side. (The photo shows a Room on the 4th floor.) The balcony of the Room is equipped with a table and chairs, allowing you to enjoy the view of Mt. Fuji on sunny days. Only the Rooms on the 2nd floor feature a "Western + Japanese style" design with tatami flooring and a sunken kotatsu instead of carpet. The Room size is approximately 34.93 to 35.1 square meters, furnished with two double-sized French beds. The bathroom and toilet are separate. There are six other special Rooms besides the K Type, but their features differ from the above. Please contact us for more details. 【Magnificent Location Overlooking Mt. Fuji】 The south-facing Rooms offer a panoramic view of the majestic Mt. Fuji, with its expansive base visible through the windows. Situated in an excellent location surrounded by Lake Kawaguchi and Mt. Fuji, the Hotel is ideal for leisure, golf, sightseeing, and business purposes. Free parking is available. (Large vehicles are subject to a fee.) The area around the Hotel has many convenience stores and restaurants.
