Notice of Power Outage Due to Electrical Cubicle Inspection (Buildings 1 and 3)

Please be advised that a scheduled, legally required electrical inspection will require a power outage in Buildings 1 and 3 on the date and time below.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
■ Date & Time: Monday, May 18, 2026, 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM (approx. 1 hour)
■ Buildings Affected: Building 1 / Building 3
■ Affected Rooms:
[Building 1] Standard Semi-Double, Standard Twin,
Triple, Kitchen Room, Fourth, Family Room
[Building 3] Standard Single
[Facility Information]
- All interior lighting will be turned off (including the lobby, corridors, emergency stairwells, etc.).
- Elevators in Buildings 1 and 3 will not be available.
- In Building 3, paid video purchase machines on Floors 3/5/7 and vending machines/microwaves on the 1st floor will not be available.
- Internet/Wi-Fi will not be available.
- The co-working space will not be available.
- The women’s restroom on the 1st floor will be unavailable.
[In-Room Equipment]
- All Room lights will be turned off (emergency lights will remain on).
- Internal calls between guest Rooms and the front desk will not be available.
- Power supply to guest Rooms will be suspended.
* Electrical appliances such as outlets, telephones, refrigerators, TVs, and bidet toilet seats cannot be used.
- Please turn off PCs and other electronic devices in advance.
