My parents stayed here on this occasion.We made a Reservation for a Room with meals and a great view of the Northern Alps.- They were delighted with the view and said they could clearly see the mountains of the Northern Alps.- The meal was the HAKKO course. While not flashy, every dish was truly delicious—my picky father praised it highly. My mother, who is also particular about taste, said it was excellent as well.- As they live in an Onsen area themselves, they felt the Onsen views were wonderful, but the water quality felt a bit squeaky on the skin and wasn’t quite to their liking.Overall, they were very satisfied. Asama no Yu boasts abundant hot spring water. Its soft water quality is excellent for skin beautification and warms the body to its core. We offer a large public bath with a panoramic view of the majestic Northern Alps, an open-air bath paved with Teppei stones, and fully private rental baths ideal for families, couples, or those with small children.
A special breakfast featuring local ingredients, accompanied by beautiful mountains illuminated by morning light.
Shinshu-Matsumoto is known for its rich food culture, including fermented foods, agricultural products, and bread. Using carefully selected ingredients and collaborating with locals, we have created unique menus with a special touch. We offer these as bento boxes for you to enjoy while admiring the view from your Room or relaxing in the spacious lounge.
