Our hotel features a top-floor large public bath with a panoramic sauna (available for both men and women), which is rare among business hotels. For dining, Fammy INN Makuhari offers two exclusive restaurants. The dinner-only panoramic restaurant "Gokai" provides various meals and alcoholic beverages. For breakfast, "Restaurant 2000" serves our hotel's specialty set meals, offering both Japanese and Western options.
While looking for a two-meal Plan near Funabashi, I came across this Hotel. For dinner, you can choose from a wide variety of menu items, and I was surprised by how generous the portions were. In particular, the tonjiru could be refilled freely, and I really enjoyed its delicious, home-style flavor. The Room toilet does not have a bidet function, but the meals and the panoramic bath on the 10th floor more than made up for it, so I was very satisfied. The large public bath was also very spacious and comfortable. Hotels around Funabashi Station are expensive, so staying a little farther away around Makuhari-Hongo is cheaper and convenient. There is also a convenience store on the way from the station, which is very handy. When I come to Funabashi on business again, I would like to stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality.
Yahoo!トラベルユー... 2/16/2026Although the Hotel is a bit old and has some worn areas, it was very reasonably priced and really helpful.The large public bath was comfortable with around five people, and after bathing we were able to relax and eat at the restaurant next door. Since it was Sunday night, the menu was limited to drinks and light snacks, but it was perfectly fine as food to go with alcohol.The breakfast included was also good. It was a little disappointing that the grilled fish had gone cold, though.

The top-floor large public bath with a panoramic sauna (for both men and women), which is rare for a Business Hotel, is fully equipped with semi-amenities. Bath and sauna use only is also available. Of course, guests staying at the accommodation can enjoy it free of charge. After enjoying the large public bath and panoramic sauna, relax in the reclining chairs while watching on a large TV. *Opening hours are the same as those of the large public bath: daily from 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
In the evening, we invite you to enjoy delicious cuisine at our top-floor restaurant, where you can admire the stunning night view that our Hotel proudly offers. On the same floor, there is also an observation large public bath for your relaxation. *Please note that operating days may vary. For business hours and other inquiries, please contact the Hotel front desk.
At Famie INN Makuhari, we have a breakfast-only restaurant called "Restaurant 2000."
