For dinner, savor a Japanese kaiseki meal featuring local dishes loved by Shingen, and for breakfast, enjoy a buffet with over 40 varieties. Take your time to indulge in the seasonal flavors of Kai Province's mountains and seas.
Although it was a last-minute booking, we got a great deal and had an excellent stay. Choosing the breakfast plan was absolutely the right decision—the egg rice porridge was delicious, and the tofu was great as well. For dessert, we enjoyed grapes and mandarin oranges, which felt very Yamanashi and were delicious too. The baths were available anytime, and being able to soak in the open-air bath at night—surrounded by snow—was amazing. We would definitely like to stay again.
