  • Three-Generation Family Trip

    Anyway, amazing! Truly amazing—there’s no other way to describe this Hotel. Before check-in, we could enjoy the lunch buffet from 11:00, use the pool, and even borrow bath towels for free. After the pool came another sweets buffet, then a dinner buffet—and late-night ramen! It was a full day of nonstop eating. In the morning there was also a breakfast buffet, and after checkout we could still use O Pool. From 11:00 there was all-you-can-eat ramen and pizza (and sweets too)... everything was taken care of. I was so surprised—and so happy—that we could use the facilities even before check-in and after checkout. I’ll be back. Absolutely! lol It really was the best Hotel ever.

  • A Place Kids Will Love—A Stay Everyone Will Enjoy

    We arrived late for check-in after stopping by relatives in another prefecture, but it was such a wonderful Accommodation that we still felt completely satisfied. Our 2-year-old had a great time in the kids’ area, the staff’s hospitality was excellent, and the meals offered a wide variety with alcoholic drinks as well—something both children and adults could enjoy. This time we chose a Room with a terrace; the view was great, the Room was lovely, and the amenities were outstanding. Next time, we’d like to visit when the open-air bath is available. We’ll be back.

Hotel Mikazuki COVID-19 Infection Prevention Measures As we resume operations at each location, our group has established a prevention framework based on guidance from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare and other government recommendations, under the supervision and instruction of Kameda General Hospital. This framework is shared across all Mikazuki Group locations, and we have implemented our own safety standards, the “Mikazuki Standard,” to welcome our guests with peace of mind. [Infection Prevention at Hotel Mikazuki] Each Hotel implements the following seven measures: 1. All staff have completed COVID-19 prevention training supervised by Kameda General Hospital. 2. Temperature checks are conducted at all entrances using AI thermography. 3. Alcohol spray is provided in all guest Rooms. 4. Acrylic partitions and other infection-prevention measures are in place at all front desks. 5. Smiles behind face shields. 6. All staff carry alcohol spray at all times. 7.
