Our hotel does not provide meals accommodating food allergies.
For the safety of our guests, individuals with allergies are allowed to bring their own safe food (e.g., retort or frozen meals) and utensils.
Please inform us at the time of your reservation and during hotel check-in if you plan to bring such items.
Most menu items are prepared in the same kitchen, using a wide variety of ingredients. However, we do not separate cooking utensils by ingredient type.
As a result, there is a possibility that trace amounts of allergens may be present in the food due to processing or preparation methods.
Additionally, there is a chance that allergens may remain on dishes or utensils such as plates and spoons during the washing process.
Due to the nature of buffet-style dining, shared serving tools like chopsticks and tongs may lead to cross-contamination with allergens.
Considering these factors—including bringing your own food or dining within shared spaces—we kindly ask guests to make their final decisions based on their personal judgment.
