Stunning Onsen and all rooms with ocean views, numerous spas, and full of creativity.

Enjoy panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean from our scenic Onsen with spectacular vistas and from Rooms with ocean views. At the separate Aqua Palace building, you can enjoy around 30 types of all-weather spas.

  • The first thing that surprised me was the koi in the lobby. They were huge and impressive. The Facility felt a bit old, but everything was properly cleaned, so it was very comfortable.Maybe many guests use the baths at Aqua Palace, because although the Hotel seemed fully booked, the large public bath was almost empty and felt like a private bath. There was no open-air bath, but the view from the bath was wonderful. The washing areas were separated for each person, and the changing area and hair-dryer area were separate as well, so it felt spacious.I’m the type who feels compelled to try every item at a buffet, so I actually appreciated that there weren’t too many dishes—I didn’t end up overeating. Still, everything was delicious and I was very satisfied. It was a shame that the steak had gone cold (though it still tasted great!).I also enjoy walking around inside Hotels, and I had fun watching people bowl and play games, using a hammock in the relaxation room, enjoying welcome drinks available 24 hours a day, and relaxing while looking at the koi.All non-smoking Rooms were fully booked so I had no choice but to take a smoking Room, but there was no smell at all and I stayed comfortably. Above all else, the view from my Room was amazing.

  • The Pacific Ocean view right in front of you is truly amazing. You can take in the ocean from your Room and throughout the Hotel, and it was easy to relax and forget about everyday life. The Onsen and large public bath are also spacious, and they really help you unwind after traveling. The adjacent pool and sauna are great, but they close at 6:00 PM, so an early check-in is recommended. It was disappointing that the cold plunge bath was unavailable due to maintenance. It has a classic feel, but the bowling alley and karaoke were incredibly fun! I didn’t try it, but there was also table tennis. The dinner buffet offers a wide variety of dishes centered around seafood, with something for the whole family to enjoy. I also appreciated the family-friendly atmosphere that makes it comfortable even with children. The staff were courteous as well, so we felt at ease during our stay. Since it wasn’t beach season we didn’t go to the beach right in front of the Hotel, but Katsuura Morning Market is about a 5–6 minute walk away, making it a great location for exploring too. I think this Hotel is perfect for a family trip or a quick refresh getaway. I’d love to visit again at a more relaxed pace.
