  • We were extremely satisfied!

    We stayed to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. We didn’t notice right away after entering the Room, but she was truly touched by the surprise, including a message card. Thank you very much. Also, I mistakenly used the valuables safe at the bathhouse far from the front desk last time, and unfortunately made the same mistake again this time. Even though I caused trouble for your staff, they helped us with a smile—I’m truly sorry and very grateful. We would love to stay again as a family.

  • The lounge is excellent.

    The lounge, available from check-in until 10:00 PM, was exceptionally well stocked and fantastic. Unlimited drinks even during meals was a great perk. The snacks and gelato were all delicious. The buffet had such a wide variety that I couldn’t possibly try everything! The open-air bath also had a wonderful atmosphere. It was a bit disappointing that the Room felt old.
