From Nachikatsuura IC, it is approximately 2.4 km, about 5 minutes.
○ From Osaka:
Head south on the Hanwa Expressway, then take the Kisei Expressway and exit at Susami Minami IC to Route 42. Continue south through Kushimoto Town, and use the Nachikatsuura Shingu Road via the Ichiya Ramp. Exit at Nachikatsuura IC and proceed to Nachikatsuura Town.
Total distance: approximately 250 km, about 3 hours and 20 minutes.
○ From Nagoya:
Head south on the Higashi-Meihan Expressway, Ise Expressway, and Kisei Expressway, then exit at Owase Kita IC to Route 42. Continue south via the Kumano Owase Road → Route 42 → Nachikatsuura Shingu Road, and exit at Nachikatsuura IC to proceed to Nachikatsuura Town.
Total distance: approximately 230 km, about 3 hours and 20 minutes.

It is a 4-minute walk from JR Kisei Main Line, Kii-Katsuura Station.
On your way from the station, you will pass by "Kosakaya Annex." Please do not turn at the corner where Nishiyama Optician is located; instead, continue straight ahead to reach "Kosakaya Main Property."
