Since its opening in 1752, Kinugawa Onsen, one of the most renowned hot springs in the Kanto region, has been cherished for over 270 years alongside the lush natural beauty of the verdant valley. The spring water is an odorless and tasteless alkaline simple Onsen, known for being gentle on the skin and celebrated as a beautifying bath. The large public bath, featuring open-air baths with views of the vibrant seasonal scenery, operates on a gender-swapping schedule between morning and evening. Enjoy the different atmospheres depending on the time of day. Within the Facility, you can also indulge in private bathing with our reservable baths or relax at the footbath café, offering a liberating view of the popular sightseeing spot, the Kinutateiwa Otsuribashi Suspension Bridge.
