What kind of hygiene management is being conducted?
● Installation of Alcohol Disinfection Facilities and Request for Mask Usage We have installed alcohol disinfection Facilities at the entrance, lobby, restaurant, in front of restrooms, and elevator halls, and we kindly ask for your cooperation in using them. Additionally, we request that masks be worn upon entering the Hotel. ● Enhanced Cleaning, Disinfection, and Ventilation We have strengthened disinfection measures for areas frequently touched by guests (front desk, chairs, tables, restrooms, vending machines, large baths, elevators, doorknobs, card keys, refrigerators, etc.). In the lobby, where people tend to gather, we regularly open windows for ventilation and have installed large fans to improve air circulation. To avoid crowding, we have also reduced the number of chairs and tables. ● Measures for Monitoring Guests' Health At check-in, we request guests to fill out a self-check sheet and undergo a temperature check. If you are feeling unwell, we will guide you to the nearest medical facility or provide information on the dedicated COVID-19 consultation hotline. ● Mask Usage by Hotel Staff To prioritize the health and safety of both guests and staff, all staff members wear masks as part of our infection prevention measures. ● Health Checks for Hotel Staff All staff are required to thoroughly wash hands, gargle, and disinfect their hands, as well as measure their temperature before coming to work. Staff with a fever of 37.5°C or higher or those feeling unwell are instructed to refrain from coming to work and undergo health monitoring. At Hanazono Kaikan, we will continue to prioritize the health and safety of our guests and staff, striving to ensure that our guests can use our Facilities with peace of mind through "infection prevention" and "hygiene management." We apologize for any inconvenience caused and sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation. General Manager, Hanazono Kaikan
