We offer Irori Kaiseki meals prepared with carefully selected seasonal Hokkaido ingredients, enjoyed in semi-private kotatsu seating, for a delightful and relaxing gathering.
I have stayed here many times, and I always enjoy a comfortable visit. I am very satisfied with everything, including the staff’s hospitality, the service, the meals, and the cleanliness. I will definitely stay here again.
Yahoo!トラベルユー... 4/12/2026We’re from Sapporo, and we decided to visit as a couple because the Multiple Night Stay Plan was a great deal and the Reviews were good. The semi-double Room felt a bit small, but it was clean and comfortable, so we could relax. It was great to have a free coffee machine and an ice machine in front of the elevator. The baths were spacious with many types, and the water temperature was perfect. However, they were a bit far from our Room (our Room was in the new wing, while the baths were in the old wing). There was an ammonite display in the hallway promoting Mikasa, so next time we’d like to stay again in summer and visit places like museums. The restaurant is also spacious, so even when it’s crowded it’s not a problem. However, service took some time—this part was a little disappointing. The food tasted good.
