I honestly didn’t go with very high expectations, but the meals were so lavish I couldn’t finish them all, and the Onsen baths were all easy to use, making my stay very comfortable. The staff were also pleasant and left a great impression, and I thought it was a wonderful Hotel. I’d like to come again in a different season.

We started by playing in the pool, and seeing how much fun the kids were having made us glad we came. The dinner was unbelievably luxurious—we were amazed. Everything was incredibly delicious and lavish, including Shiraoi beef steak, Nanae-produced beef shabu-shabu, crab meat packed tightly into the shell, sashimi, kamameshi rice, and more. We have stayed many times at famous Hotels in Hakodate, but we felt this breakfast buffet was better than any of them. We thought it was an outstanding value for money Hotel. We definitely want to stay again. Thank you very much to all the staff.
