We stayed here after visiting Universal Studios Japan.The Onsen had a variety of baths, and there was also a steam sauna, which we really enjoyed. We were able to use the open-air bath (available until 10:00 PM) again the next morning.One disappointing point was that breakfast service took quite a long time. After telling the staff our breakfast selection, I think it took about 15 minutes. We would really appreciate it if this could be improved.

It does get crowded since it’s also open to the public, but it’s very spacious so it never felt cramped, and I was able to take my time enjoying the different baths.I’d like to stay here again when visiting Osaka.
