Enjoy the Yudanaka Onsen, which opened approximately 1350 years ago. Meals feature colorful kaiseki cuisine centered on seasonal ingredients from Shinshu, with Shinshu brand beef raised on apples as the main dish.
I stayed during the New Year. With only a few rooms, I was able to enjoy a calm and relaxing time, feeling as if I had returned to my family home. The hospitality of the hostess and staff was wonderful, and when I mentioned that I was undergoing dental treatment, they kindly adjusted the meals to make them easier to eat. It is an accommodation I would love to visit again.
