  • It was very good.

    I chose this Hotel based on Reviews and other information. It was conveniently located close to the station. Check-in was smooth. I also appreciated the coffee placed in front of the elevator, which I could enjoy relaxing in my Room. Breakfast was not crowded, and the curry was delicious as well. As a smoker, it was great that there was a smoking Room. When I visit Hamamatsu, I would like to stay here again.

  • Great location, excellent value, and friendly staff.

    The staff was amazing! We booked two rooms for a two-night stay, and they kindly accommodated our request to change the guest for one room on the second night. When we reported an issue with the bed mattress after the first night, they promptly replaced it, allowing us to sleep comfortably on the second night. However, the room was very small—it felt like a single room converted into a twin. Since opening the door exposes the entire room, women may want to be cautious. For those who only need a place to sleep, this is highly recommended. The location right in front of Hamamatsu Station, along with breakfast and happy hour included, made it excellent value for money. I look forward to staying here again!
