2. During check-in, all guests will undergo a temperature check using a non-contact thermometer. We appreciate your cooperation.
* If your temperature is 37.0°C or higher, a simple measurement will be conducted using a pulse oximeter (a device that measures arterial blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) and pulse rate) to check for any issues with cardiopulmonary function. If abnormalities are suspected, we will refer you to Hachijo Town Hospital.
* If your temperature is 37.5°C or higher, we regret to inform you that you will need to contact the nearest Tokyo Island Health Center Hachijo Branch and follow their instructions.
3. To assist in tracing infection routes if necessary, please accurately fill out the guest registry in accordance with Article 6 of the Ryokan Business Act.
4. If you experience any symptoms such as fever or feel unwell, please inform the Property immediately.

■ Staff wear masks during customer interactions.
■ Gloves are worn when handling food and tableware.
■ Changes in meal service: Individual meals are prioritized, and entry restrictions to dining venues may apply.
■ Daily health management of employees, including temperature checks.
■ Simulation of response procedures in case of suspected symptoms or confirmed cases among guests or employees.
■ Preparation of protective clothing for responders in case of emergencies.
