This retro Showa-era Accommodation was incredibly relaxing. It is in an ideal location for sightseeing at Toshogu Shrine. We were able to enjoy dinner in our Room at a leisurely pace, and the breakfast was also lavish. Above all, the staff’s thoughtfulness and smiles were outstanding. This is an Accommodation I would definitely like to stay at again.
Yahoo!トラベルユー... 3/16/2026We arrived in the evening and, while strolling around, visited Toshogu Shrine and Rinnoji Temple, taking photos with hardly anyone else around. At the Accommodation, we thoroughly enjoyed the bath and in-room dining and were very satisfied. The next day, we were the first there again—worshipping at Iemitsu’s mausoleum from 8:00, visiting Toshogu Shrine from 9:00, paying our respects at Ieyasu’s mausoleum, enjoying Ueshima Coffee House, and visiting the Treasure Museum—before we knew it, it was lunchtime. We were able to keep our car parked until noon, which reminded us how glad we were to have stayed at Seikoen. By then, dozens of cars were backed up in front of the Accommodation… Seikoen is definitely one of the places we’d like to stay again.
