I love Yunogo Onsen, and this was my first time staying at the Grand Hotel.The Hotel staff welcomed me warmly, and the dinner and breakfast were so luxurious it felt like more than worth the price—I was completely full.For breakfast, there was also a salad bar, coffee, and juice, which I really appreciated.Above all, I was very satisfied with the Hotel’s atmosphere and excellent service!I would like to make another Reservation.
My spouse and I stayed for one night. Right after we arrived, we were welcomed with fresh fruit and tea. The Room came with two keys, which was very convenient. It was clean, just the right size, and had a safe. All amenities were provided. The large public bath has both an indoor bath and an open-air bath, and there is also a sauna next to the open-air bath. The water felt soft and gentle on the skin. Dinner was prepared in a private room at the first-floor restaurant. The mizore hot pot, crab, and steak were all delicious, with generous portions—so filling that we couldn’t even make it to the lobby for the sweet red bean soup served from 9:00 PM. The semi-open-air bath in our guest Room was spacious, and we could soak while looking up at the night sky. We could also adjust the water temperature, and the hinoki-scented sachet smelled wonderful and was very relaxing. The shower next to it was also comfortable. The bed was very comfortable as well. Breakfast was also served in a private room; the clam miso soup and side dishes were delicious, and we could have refills of rice—once again leaving us completely full. All staff members were polite, and it was especially lovely to see international staff speaking excellent Japanese with such warm smiles. When we visit Okayama again, we would love to stay here again. It turned into a truly wonderful trip. Thank you very much.
