Our SDGs Initiatives (Promoting Eco-Friendly Cleaning)
Thank you very much for choosing Smile Hotel.
As part of the Smile Hotel chain’s SDGs initiatives already in place (promoting eco-friendly cleaning), our Hotel will begin this program for stays from February 1, 2026.
By reducing plastic waste and decreasing the frequency of Room cleaning during your stay, we aim to reduce energy use, conserve water, help prevent water pollution, and cut CO2 emissions—thereby lessening our environmental impact.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

1. About in-Room amenities
Towels and a bath mat are provided in your Room on the first day only.
Amenities such as toothbrushes and razors are available at the amenity bar—please take what you need.
2. Room cleaning during a Multiple Night Stay
At our Hotel, Room cleaning during a Multiple Night Stay is provided once every 3 nights.
On days other than scheduled cleaning days, we will place bath towels and face towels outside your door and will not enter your Room.
If you need a new bath mat, please contact the front desk.
If you would like used towels collected or trash removed, please place them outside your door by 10:00 a.m.
*Even if you do not request cleaning, we will clean your Room once every 3 nights.
*Please note that we may enter your Room on non-cleaning days for maintenance or in case of emergency.
