  • Excellent service

    Stayed on 8/29. Canceled the parking reservation on the day. Although there was an error on the internet site for the reservation, the hotel staff provided exceptional service on that day. My spouse and I would love to use this hotel again when traveling to Osaka. The location was also excellent.
