At our hotel, we are committed to creating an environmentally friendly hotel in line with SDGs principles. By reducing plastic waste, limiting the frequency of room cleaning during your stay to save energy, conserving water, preventing water pollution, and reducing CO2 emissions, we aim to contribute to minimizing environmental impact. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.

1. Regarding Room Amenities
Towels and bath mats are provided in the room only on the first day of your stay.
Amenities such as toothbrushes, razors, and body sponges can be freely taken from the amenity bar.
2. Room Cleaning During Multiple Night Stays
For guests staying multiple nights, room cleaning is conducted once every 3 nights.
On non-cleaning days, fresh bath towels and face towels will be placed outside your door without entering your room. If you need a new bath mat, please request one at the front desk.
If you wish to have used towels or trash collected, please place them outside your door by 10:00 AM.
*Even if no cleaning is requested during a multiple night stay period, rooms will still be cleaned once every 3 nights.
*Please note that staff may enter rooms for maintenance or emergencies even on non-cleaning days.
