18 minutes from Kyoto Station, 1 minute walk from Seta Station. All rooms are equipped with "Serta" brand coil mattresses, the No.1 brand in the USA, providing a clean and safe environment. Breakfast is served in a light Japanese and Western buffet style, featuring fresh mixed salads, daily meat dishes, grilled fish, and traditional Japanese side dishes.
The bed was large and the Room was spacious, so it was more than enough for one person. It’s close to the station and reasonably priced, so I use it often.

The staff provided excellent service with smiles and attentiveness, from the phone inquiry to storing my luggage in advance, and throughout check-in to check-out. I appreciated having a humidifier in the room. A microwave was also available near the dining area, which was helpful during the cold season to warm up soups purchased from convenience stores. The price was affordable, and the location being just a 1-minute walk from the station made it very convenient. However, I was disappointed that I couldn't sleep due to loud banging noises coming from either next door or above until around midnight. This seems like an issue of luck though.Overall, I was very satisfied and would definitely consider staying here again if I need accommodation nearby in the future.
